“Swarnaprashan'' is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of administering pure gold bhasma to kids to make them stronger. Krishna’s Swarnaprashan can be given to kids aged between 0 to 16 years. It is prepared with swarna bhasma (gold ash) and every 10 grams contains 30 mg of swarna bhasma. Swarnaprashan is prepared by mixing swarna bhasma with honey and Brahmi ghrit or ghee.
