Fenugreek Capsules by Planet Ayurveda are prepared using standardised extract of Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum). Fenugreek is known as methi, chandika, Mishrapushpa, kairavi and bahupatrika. Classically a very famous shloka is mentioned for the description of methi i.e. “Methika katurushnach raktapitta prakopini arochhara diptikari vatapranashini”.
